Creative Director

Job Description- 

Seeking an Award-Winning Executive Creative Director to lead creative teams for a Global Brand Experience Agency. This role will lead, inspire, and elevate the work of this agency’s exceptional, innovative team and drive big ideas to connect brands and consumers in meaningful ways across multiple touchpoints.

The Executive Creative Director is a driven, hyper-collaborative leader who draws out the best ideas and oversees top-notch execution on behalf of a Global Agency. This person will have experience across Events, Experiential, Content, Social, and Digital.

This Creative Director is skilled in understanding client needs and translating strategic objectives into creative concepts rooted in life throughout the customer journey (experiential, digital, video, and social).
This person will oversee high-value brand pitches and manage the entire creative process – from conceptualization to pitch and execution. This Creative Director thrives on client-facing with C-suite executives and has storytelling skills to effectively communicate the team’s work in a pitch presentation. Strong communication skills with both internal and external parties are critical.
They are also responsible for creatively leading 3-5 of our top existing client partners in developing our Fortune 500 accounts across luxury, automotive, Hi-Tech, and entertainment.
Most importantly, the Creative Director possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, a relentless work ethic, and a spirit of collaboration that creates inspirational work.

The Global Agency is a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a Creative Director who can think on her/his/their feet, lead with a smile, collaborate well with accounting and strategy, and is eager to jump in and do the work when necessary. WHAT WILL THIS ROLE DO
• Hands-on creative direction for experiential, digital, and traditional creative. Everyone on the team is a roll-your-sleeves-up doer, not just a director.
• Present and articulate vision + strategy behind ideas to executive-level clients and internal stakeholders
• Guide, motivate, and mentor to ensure your team members perform at their peak and grow professionally. Lead and inspire teams to raise the creative bar and stay curious continually.
• Educate and inspire colleagues
• Create close partnerships across the company to work as a cohesive team and identify new advertising opportunities.
• Curious about market developments and industry trends to identify potential partnership opportunities.
