Who We Are

Agency Perspective is a retained executive search and growth consulting firm. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We only collect information you choose to give us. That falls into three categories.

Newsletter. When you subscribe to the Pulse, we collect your email address so we can send you the newsletter.

Contact and inquiries. When you use a contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, company, and message, so we can respond.

Job applications. When you apply to a role, we collect the information and materials you submit, such as your name, contact details, and any resume or background you provide, so we can evaluate and route your application.

We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and general device type, to understand and improve the site.

How We Use It

We use the information you provide to deliver what you asked for: to send the newsletter, to respond to your inquiry, or to consider your application. We use analytics to improve the site's content and performance.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate the site and its features, including email delivery and hosting providers. These providers process information only as needed to perform their function for us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

The Newsletter

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop sending you the newsletter. If you ask us to remove your email address entirely, we will.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@agencyperspective.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then remove it. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the date shown above. Material changes will be reflected here rather than made silently.
