Practice 02

Growth

Advise. Build. Run.

Strategy, build, and operation of the pipeline, so it opens and keeps running.

The offerings

Open one, answer three questions, and the first conversation has started.

  1. What it is
The go-to-market plan: target markets, ideal customers, positioning, channels and the numbers, defined against your commercial objectives and written down.
    Why you do it
Pipeline built without a plan produces activity, not revenue. The plan is what lets the build and the operation be measured.
    What to know first
Fixed scope, usually four to six weeks. The output is a plan your team can execute, with the stack and the owners named. AP can then build or run it, or hand it over.
    How it starts
Send the market, the offer and the revenue number the plan has to support. AP proposes the scope and the price.
    What you get
    • Target markets and ideal customer profiles, with the reasoning
    • Positioning and the message architecture, tested with real prospects
    • The channel plan: which channels, in what order, with what budget
    • The stack recommendation and the owners for each piece
    • A revenue model tied to the plan, with the assumptions written down
    How you engage
Starts with a two-hour working session on the market, the offer and the number. Four to six weeks, defined scope. The plan is yours to run with anyone; AP does not tie it to a build.

Three questions. Answer in a sentence each and the first conversation is already half done.

Who it is for

Companies that need pipeline opened, built, or run, not a campaign delivered.

What it is not

A marketing retainer. AP advises, builds, or operates against defined objectives, with scope and accountability.

How it starts
  1. 01A brief: the market, the offer, and the number the pipeline has to hit.
  2. 02A plan in the first two weeks: targets, channels, the stack, who owns what.
  3. 03The program running, with AP building it or running it until the team can.
What you have at the end
  • A pipeline that opens and keeps running, with the reporting to prove it
  • The go-to-market stack selected, connected and measured
  • A team that can own the motion when AP steps back
How it is bought
  • Advisory, defined scope
  • Build, by program
  • Outsourced operation, against agreed targets
