Practice 01
Talent & Teams
Search. Embed. Staff.
Permanent hires, embedded teams, and fractional operators, across commercial, creative, growth, and operations roles.
The offerings
Open one, answer three questions, and the first conversation has started.
- What it is
- AP runs the search for a business-critical seat: the brief, the market map, the approach to people who are not looking, the shortlist, the references, the close.
- Why you do it
- The person you want is employed and not reading job boards. Reaching them takes a relationship and a reason, not a posting.
- What to know first
- Expect a shortlist in two to three weeks and a placement in six to ten. You will see every name AP approached, including the ones who said no.
- How it starts
- Send the seat, the situation and what the first ninety days have to produce. AP replies with a brief back to you within two business days, and the search starts when the brief is agreed.
- What you get
- A written brief back to you before the search starts
- The market map: who holds the seat elsewhere and who is ready to move
- A shortlist of three to five, each with a reason and a read on fit
- Structured references and a compensation read
- The close: offer, negotiation, and a ninety-day check-in after the start
- How you engage
- Starts with a one-hour brief call and a written brief back to you. The search runs from the agreed brief, and you see every name approached, including the ones who said no.
Who it is for
Agencies, brands, and software companies that need leadership, specialist talent, or delivery capacity.
What it is not
A job board. Coverage and contracting travel with the placement.
How it starts
- 01A brief: the seat, the situation, and what the first ninety days have to produce.
- 02A shortlist from the network within two weeks, each name with a reason.
- 03The person in the room, permanent or fractional, with AP still on the call.
What you have at the end
- A placed leader or a working team, not a pipeline of applicants
- A fractional operator in the seat while a permanent search runs, when the calendar demands it
- Coverage and contracting that travel with the placement
How it is bought
- Retained search
- Fractional and interim through FRAKZ
- Embedded team, scoped by program
